“Reconciling the Paradoxical Findings of Choice Overload Through an Analytical Lens”, an article co-authored by Nan Zhang and Heng Xu was published at MIS Quarterly. In the article, we launched an interdisciplinary inquiry into the feasibility of leveraging advanced analytical techniques to collectively reason about the conflicting findings for choice overload in the behavioral research literature.
