Jeanneret Award from the Society for I-O Psychology

“Reducing Subgroup Differences in Personnel Selection through the Application of Machine Learning”, a paper written by Nan Zhang, Heng Xu, and 11 other co-authors, has been honored with the 2025 Jeanneret Award for Excellence in the Study of Individual or Group Assessment, from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). According to SIOP, the Jeanneret award recognizes “a written work with high potential to further the understanding and practice of individual or group assessment in the workplace, especially when such assessment supports the creation of a diverse workforce.”
