Project Summary

This project examines how organizations can use agentic AI while preserving human dignity and agency in the workplace. It focuses on how AI informs decisions and whether individual circumstances and human perspectives meaningfully shape those decisions. The goal is to support accountable, human-centered governance of workplace AI.
